It takes a lot of curiosity, tenacity, and diligence to learn the required information and distill it into valuable user information.
Most recently, I was a Senior Technical Writer at Aviatrix. I helped transform the documentation site into a faster, more reliable, and more discoverable resource for customers. Working with engineers, product managers, and fellow writers, I overhauled the Security docs, introduced AI-assisted content development, and contributed to a site-wide redesign. The result was a major boost in usability and reach—higher search rankings, stronger engagement, and a smoother overall experience for users.
